As i know that laugh can reduce your stress , and relive your pain. But Dr.Andrew Weil said that laughter can boost immunity and lower blood sugar in people with type-2 diabetes, and help protect against heart disease.
And laugh is good for you face muscles, like exercise for face. The happy feeling can make your face brighter and look younger. So nothing to lose to try it, healthy body , good skin and other people will more happy if you laugh for their joke.
