Fast Food Yummy but Fatty

People in modern country or busy people usually don't have enough time to cook or prepare a dish by themselves. Fast food is the top list id they don't have time in in hurry to get back to work.
As you know that fast food are a fatty food. If you eat fast food every day you can gain your weight around 3 or 4 kilos in a week ( i already proof it, trust me!!).
But not a healthy gain, there is no vitamin or mineral or fiber ( a little fiber from the vegetables) on there.Only fat fat and fat. Can you imagine that??
If you want to lose weight but still want to eat fast food, better you start to choose a healthy fast food.
A little healthy fast food but still can get more fiber and vitamin than only fat.
Maybe salad is the best menu in fast food restaurant, and try to drink water (to much sugars on soda) or juice.
Some of fast food already give the nutrition information of their menu. Maybe you should check it first before you start to order.
Everybody will say that fast foods are always yummy and had a good taste, but they are make you fat.
