Pencil Liner or Liquid Eye Liner???

Both are good and make you more pretty.
If i have much time i will choose the liquid eye liner, because the result is more dramatic and good.
But sometimes really difficult to apply, mostly if you uncommon to use it.
You can apply the pencil first then you apply the liquid it really help you.
For newbie you can choose the pen liner, more easy to use and the pen is hard.
Don't forget to give loose powder in your eyelid, to make your eyelid more mate and not to oily.
You can use other color for more fashion make up, like blue, light blue, pink, green.
Eye liner make your eyes more bright and beautiful, eyes is the window from your heart, bright eyes can make you more beautiful and pretty.
