Wrinkles are not the older woman problem, sometimes even we are young we already got a wrinkles. The caused are the cells of our skin become thinner and lose elasticity because if the decreased levels of collagen production in our body, and because of dehyration, sun and weather, free radicals and skin are become dry and caused wrinkles. But the most common is because aging, so wrinkles is totally normal.
But maybe we can diminish wrinkles, first with keep our skin well-protected from UV ray exposure with use sun screen cream or lotion al over your face in the morning (for indoor or outdoor activity), use night cream ( the most important for elasticity our skin, use cream with rich water), drink enough water and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Don’t drink to much coffee, tea and alcohol.
Get as much sleep as possible as well ( 8 hours a day), sufficient rest keeps the body from being stressed. Lastly, give up smoking because smoking dehydrates the skin and burns away nutrients of the body
